Recipe's preparation
Chop the onion and garlic speed 7 for about 2 to 3 seconds. Add the chopped bacon, cook varoma temp, 7 minutes, reverse speed 1. While that is cooking thinly slice the brussel sprouts. Add the brussel sprouts and cook 100 degrees 3 to 4 minutes reverse speed 1. Keep the measuring cup in so it steams and doesn't dry out.
