Recipe's preparation

Put all ingredients in thermie, chop 5 sec at speed 3. Cook 20min/varoma/speed 1. Blend 30sec/speed 8, scrape down sides and blend 10 sec/speed 8. Careful don't burn yourself - remember to follow thermo instructions when blend hot food.
