    Delicious thanks for an easy recipe!

    Used leftover roast chicken from XMas tmrc_emoticons.) Our roast chicken was thyme flavoured so added a teaspoon Dijon mustard which worked really well. However even before I added the chicken and mustard - the quinoa was tasty a perfectly cooked. Will certainly make again!!
