  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 green capsicum
  • 1 red capsicum
  • 1 Small tin Corn Kernels
  • 150 grams kraft cheese
  • coleslaw dressing

Recipe's preparation

  1. Prepare ingredients
    - celery, capsicum finely chopped
    - cabbage, carrot finely grated (grey cutter)
    - zucchini, cheese thick grate (grey cutter)
  2. combine in large salad bowl
    dress just prior to serving

Tip

Keeps best undressed.
If using over a period of time (eg camping week) dress small portions as needed.

Coleslaw Dressing

1 cup (170 grams) mayonnaise
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt or more to taste
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper or more to taste

**For sweeter coleslaw 1 to 2 teaspoons sugar or honey
