I made the cucumber version and it was delicious! Next time I would chop the cucumber for a shorter time to keep it a bit chunkier.

Lovely accompaniment to the Chicken Tikka Masala we had tonight (I made cucumber raita). I put my TM in the dishwasher after blitzing the cucumber so I did the rest by hand, and I forgot to rinse the cucumber or pat it dry with paper towel but it still worked out really well tmrc_emoticons.)  Thanks for an easy-to-follow recipe.

  • The reason I put 30 min down

The reason I put 30 min down to prepare this yummy side dish is because you have to let the cucumber drain for 20 minutes.  Overall it only takes a short time to prepare when the cucumber is drained. Enjoy.  Big Smile
