Fruit Jelly Cups

  • 800g can fruit, (Large tin of Two fruits, peaches, mango etc)
  • 2 teaspoons gelatine

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place basket in TMX & pour tin of fruit in so the basket drains the fruit. 

    Remove basket of fruit & set aside. 

    Heat the juice for 1 minute, 50deg, speed 1.

    Add 2 tsp gelatine powder & mix speed 3 for 20 seconds.  

    Add the fruit to the TMX & mix on reverse, speed 1 for 20 seconds. 

    Place into containers & refrigerate. 

    1 large tin makes 6 small lunchbox containers.

Tip

Great snack for lunchboxes if they can be kept cool.

Don't use pineapple or paw paw as these will not set.

    Just whipped these up. So easy and a great lunch box idea. Found that I do have to leave juice to heat to 50 degrees a bit longer than the minute in order for them to set really well.
