If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Add kale to mixer bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 6.
2. Remove to salad bowl.
3. Add carrots to mixer bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 5.
4. Remove to salad bowl.
5. Add cabbage to mixer bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 5.
6. Remove to salad bowl.
7. Rinse and dry mixer bowl.
8. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill and pepper to the mixer bowl and mix 5 sec/speed 3.
9. Add to salad bowl with other ingredients and gently stir until combined.
10. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy.

Tip
If you are not a big fan of kale, halve the kale and add some celery and apple.
If you like a more tart dressing then increase the lemon juice to your liking.
