'No potato' salad

Ingredients

4 portion(s)

Mayo

  • Paleo mayo, //www.recipecommunity.com.au/basics-recipes/paleo-mayo/155005

Salad

  • Half cauliflower, Cut into bite sized pieces
  • 4 rashers bacon, Or more if you want
  • 1 Leek or spring onion or purple onion
  • 3-4 eggs

Recipe's preparation

    making the salad
  1. Place 500g water in TM bowl 

    cut up cauliflower, bacon , onion and place in varoma (bowl or tray where ever it fits)

  2. put eggs into basket 

  3. Place basket and Varoma in place and put on varoma, speed 1 ,15 minutes

  4. Take out eggs to cool and remove shell and cut 

  5. Cooke cauliflower, bacon and onion for further 5 minutes on varoma speed 1 or until cauliflower is soft

  6. Once cooked place in a bowl and stir in 2 table spoons of paleo mago (or more to taste) 

  7. Serve and enjoy

    Amazing! I used a red onion. Said to my husband, shut your eyes and tell me what you are eating. And he said "potato salad, of course!" Thank you penno, we could eat this every day it is so scrumpsious! And love the way it all cooks together, so simple.

    This is an amazing healthy recipe.  I might cut my cauli into smaller pieces next time and I will add spring onions or chives for a bit of green. Very yummy. Cant wait to make it again.  tmrc_emoticons.;)

    Such a simple yet tasty salad!

    Next time I will cut my cauliflower a bit smaller, I had to cook it an extra 5 mins and probably could have cooked it an extra 3-5 mins, but otherwise it tasted tops. Thank you tmrc_emoticons.)
