- 200 grams carrots, roughly chopped
- 1/4 Spanish onion
- 50 grams mayonnaise
- 100 grams Salted Peanuts

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Chop carrots, onion and mayonnaise for 4 seconds on speed 4.5
Scrape down and chop for a further 2 seconds at speed 4.5
- Add nuts and mix for 10 seconds on reverse speed 2.
This recipe can be easily trippled (600g carrots) or halved (100g carrots)
Spanish oinion can be substututed with whatever oinion is on hand.
Mayo can be substituted with yoghurt. I often use my (dairy free) cahsew yoghurt.
