- 1-2 piece red chilli, whole
- 8 leaves Curry, fresh
- 1 tsp salt
- 10 grams lemon, juice
- 150 grams water

Recipe's preparation
Place water, sugar, cloves cinnamon and chillies into TM bowl. Cook for 10 minutes on 100 deg on speed 1.
Place water, sugar, cloves cinnamon and chillies into TM bowl. Cook for 10 minutes on 100 deg on speed 1.
Add plums, sultanas, curry leaves and salt, cook for 15 minutes on 100 deg on reverse and speed 1.
Add lemon juice and stir through.
Place pickle in steralised jars. Keep refrigerated.
Use straight away or keep up to 1 month in the fridge.
Serve with curries or meat dishes.
