  • 80 grams parmesan cubed
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 140 grams Short Cut Bacon, cut into strips
  • 400 grams cauliflower, roughly chopped
  • 400 grams cabbage, roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Massell chicken stock powder
  • 700 grams water
  • 20 grams potato flour
  • 20 grams Butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place parmesan in TM bowl 6secs/speed8 set aside for serving

    Place garlic and bacon on TM Bowl  4 secs/speed 7

    Scrape down and cook with mc off 3 mins/ Varoma / speed 1

    Add caulifower, Cabbage, Stock powder and Water  cook for 15 mins/ 100 degrees/ speed 2( Mc will jump for a bit but will settle)

    Add potato flour, butter and salt and pepper and cook a further 4 mins/ 100 degrees/ speed 1

    Slowly puree by moving from speed 1 to 9 for 1min( keeping hands away from the mc)

    Serve with parmesan and season further to taste

Tip

You could also serve with finely sliced chilli for a hot tang

    Divine! We added 2 potatoes as we couldn't source potato flour plus we wanted the creaminess, so cooked for 20 mins plus 4 mins after adding butter, pepper and salt. Thanks heaps!  tmrc_emoticons.)
