  • 200g leak, roughly chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 700g cauliflower, broken up
  • 600g stock, 1-2 tblsp stock paste and water
  • ground pepper, good pinch
  • 80g Milk, almond or rice milk
  • 70g goats cheese, cut into cubes

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. add oil leak and garlic chop 4 sec/sp5

    scrape down sides of bowl

    6min/120deg/sp1

    add cauliflower,stock and pepper mix 5sec/sp5

    cook 15minutes/100deg/sp1.5

    add milk and cheese

    blend for 1 minute from sp6-9 gradually
