  • 2 heaped tbsp double cream
  • 800 g water
  • 1.5 tsp Vegetable Stock Paste (TMX)
  • 1 --- cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 35 g butter cut into pieces

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Cauliflower soup
  1. Place water, stock paste, cauliflower into mixing bowl and cook 20 min/100°C/speed 1.

  2. Add butter and double cream, cook 5 min/100°C/speed 1, then blend 1 min /speed 5-9, increasing speed gradually.

  3. Serve soup hot, we eat it without favourite cheese sprinkled on top and our favourite bread

You can use olive oil instead of butter
