      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

This was great! I used one tin of creamed sweetcorn and one tin of sweetcorn. I added another chicken breast and cooked everything for longer. Tastes the same as the takeaway version (better even?) Thank you for the recipe!

Very nice soup. I am going to reduce the amount of veg stock paste I used though, as I thought it was a bit too salty for my taste. The family enjoyed it very much too. Thanks!

    Submitted by kennedyrh on 1. September 2016 - 12:57.

Tastes just like the real chinese soup! So easy to make, I didn`t have creamed corn so I just added a tin of corn kernals after step 2 with the cooked chicken and shredded both at the same time for a few secs on speed 8.

I basically stuck to this recipe but my WW Chinese cook book has ginger and sesame oil in it and made with chicken stock. So achieved the tast I am used to.  Thermomix makes it easy to do!

I found I had to turn the heat up to Veroma as chicken was quite raw at the 20  minute mark.  I also used 3 x 420g tins of creamed corn And doubled the amount of chicken. Very tasty

  • Very Very tasty! Thank you

    Submitted by MyAlice2016 on 19. March 2016 - 21:48.

Very Very tasty! Thank you for sharing, it was a big hit with my family of fussy eaters!! I needed to increase the amount of chicken to 3 breasts (cut into tenderloin shapes) as I have big eaters. All I needed to do was add 1 cup more of water and double the cooking time before I added the corn. I also only had frozen corn so I mixed the corn with milk and water to make it creamed for 45 seconds slowly turning to speed 4.

    Awesome meal  tmrc_emoticons.)
