Ingredients

Chicken Noodle Soup

  • 2 skinless chicken thigh
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 parsnip
  • 1 turnip
  • 2 heaped teaspoons stock paste
  • 1 level tsp Mixed Herbs
  • 1 onion
  • noodles

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1/ put chicken and veggie chunks in to the basket with 1.5 litres of water and stock paste.
    2/ cook 15 minutes 100c speed 2
    3/empty bowl and reserve stock,
    4/chop chicken and veggies 5sec speed 4 longer if required
    5/ add reserved stock, and herbs
    6/ cook 20 min 120c reverse speed 1
    7/ add noodles, salt, pepper and cook 5 min 100c reverse speed 1

Tip

If you prefer smaller chopped veg chop for a further 5 seconds.
Make sure you have clicked reverse so that it doesn't chop anymore.
