Add a commentI find it quite oily too.
I find it quite oily too. After the first round, I'll actually put the carcasses into my crockpot for some chinese herbal soup. I love knowly that I fully utilise my ingredients!! I love this recipe, it just simple and convenient for me. sometimes i throw in some ginger and spring onion (white part) to get rid of the chicken smell. thank you for sharing!!
Just wondering how much fat

Hi, Sorry has taken so long
Hi,
Sorry has taken so long to reply. It should only reduce too approx 1,.5ltr as it is a liquid stock.
