Chicken Stock

I find it quite oily too. After the first round, I'll actually put the carcasses into my crockpot for some chinese herbal soup. I love knowly that I fully utilise my ingredients!! I love this recipe, it just simple and convenient for me. sometimes i throw in some ginger and spring onion (white part) to get rid of the chicken smell. thank you for sharing!!  tmrc_emoticons.;)

Just wondering how much fat was in the chicken stock?

Sorry has taken so long to reply.  It should only reduce too approx 1,.5ltr as it is a liquid stock.
