Clone of Best Pumpkin Soup
- 1 onion, Halved
- 2 cloves garlic
- 30 grams butter or oil
- 1 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoons garam masala
- 500 grams pumpkin
- 300 grams Carrot and Sweet Potato, Any combination
- 1 tablespoons Veg Stock Paste
- 600 grams water
- 400 grams coconut cream

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Add onion and garlic to bowl, chop for 3 sec/speed 5/MC on
2. Scrape bowl down
3. Add butter/oil, curry powder and garam masala. Cook for 5 min/100°C /speed 1/MC off.
4. Add carrot, sweet potato and pumpkin, chop for 10 sec/speed 6/MC on. Scrape bowl down.
5. Add stock and water and cook for 30 min/100°C /speed 2/MC on
6. Add coconut cream and blend for 1 min/speed 9/MC on, increasing speed gradually. Repeat if required.
Tip: Great served with uncooked cauliflower rice.
