- 40 gram onion, Peeled
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 red chilli
- 30 grams olive oil
- 400 grams pumpkin, Cubed
- 15 grams chicken stock
- 1000 grams water
- Few dashes black pepper

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Place onion, garlic and chilli into "Closed lid" and chop (Mc/5sec/Sp. 5)
Sauté with Oil (Mc/2 min/V/sp.2)
Add pumpkin and chicken stock into "Closed lid" and sauté (MC/2min/V/Speed 2)
Add water into "Closed lid" (MC/20 min/V/Sp. 1)
Blend to creamy texture (mc/10 secs/Speed 10). Serve with chopped parsley and pepper. Can add a dash of cream for extra creamy soup.
