Recipe's preparation
Chop butter and fennel 5 sec/speed 5 then saute 5mins/100C/speed 1.
Add potatoes and stock and cook 17min/100/speed 1.
Add 125g cream cheese and blend 1min/speed 9.
Add chives and lemon juice and mix 3 sec/speed 4. Serve hot and enjoy!

Tip
I save some fresh fennel leaves to garnish.
It's even silkier if you decide to peel the potatoes. I leave the skin on.

Thanks for the recipe, I had some fennel to use up so this was handy. It was nice and creamy but next time I think I would prefer less cream cheese.
