Creamy pumkin soup

    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

    Pumkin soup
  1. 1.place diced pumpkin, onion (cut in half) amd garlic into Closed lid on speed 9 for 20 seconds. Scrap down sides at end.
    2. Add water and stock and cook for 20 minutes on 120 degrees on speed 2 with the basket on top of the lid.
    3. Add remainder of ingredients and purée on speed 5 slowly increasing to speed 10 for 1 minute or until your happy with the texture.

    4. Serve hot with fresh bread.
