    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Chop onion 3 sec, speed 5, with MC

    Add pumpkin and Olive oil, saute 5 min, 120C, speed 1.5, with MC

    Add stock and water, cook 20 min, 100C, speed 1, Simmering basket on lid, no MC

    Puree, 1 min starting speed 5 and gradually increasing to speed 9

    Add cream and salt and pepper to taste, mix 40 sec, speed 2
