Recipe's preparation
Chop parsley 3 secs/ speed 7/ scrape down bowl and set aside
place garlic cloves and oil in bowl and fry varoma/3 mins/ speed 1
set garlic cloves aside
place onion halves in bowl and chop 3 secs/speed 7/ scrape down sides of bowl
return garlic cloves to bowl with the onion and fry varoma/ 3 mins/ speed 1
add potato pieces to garlic and onion and fry varoma/ 3 mins/ speed 1
add stock and water and cook on 100/ 20 mins/ speed 1
Once potato is soft blend for 1 min/ speed 9 gradually increasing speed from 1 - 9
Add cream and parsley and salt and pepper to taste and blend for a further 5 secs/speed 5
