Green Soup (Kids called it Pond slime soup but couldnt get enough of it)

Ingredients

1 litre(s)

Green Soup

  • 40g parmesan cheese, cut into cubes
  • 2 zucchinis
  • half cauliflower
  • 700g water
  • 20g coconut oil
  • 2tbsp spelt flout
  • 1tbsp TM stock concentrate
  • 3 handfuls of baby spinach

Recipe's preparation

    Green soup (pond Slime soup)
  1. Place cubed parmesan into TM bowl and grate for approx 6 secs on speed 9 then set aside,

    Place cauliflower, roughly chopped, Zucchinis roughly chopped, water and TM concentrate into jug,cook for 15mins @ 100;c on speed 1,

    Add oil and flour and cook for further 5 mins on 100c speed 1

    Add parmesan cheese and 3 good handfuls of baby spinach and blend for 1 min on speed 9

    Delicious! Threw this together at the last minute for a before work lunch for the kids and I. Didnt have time to grab spinach from the vege patch and had an inch long scrap of salami in the fridge to use up so threw that in prior to the final blend.

    Miss Fussy eater ate two bowls!
