Green Soup

  • 1 Brocoli
  • 1 can Cannellini Beans
  • 1 brown onion
  • 1 leek
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 Handful of Kale
  • 3 vegetable stock, (Cups)
  • Salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • cayenne pepper

Recipe's preparation

    Green Soup
  1. 1. Put leek, onion and celery into the Closed lid and chop speed 8 for 3 seconds 


    2. Add some olive oil and sautee 3 minutes speed 1 at 100 degrees 


    3. Add remaining ingredients and cook 100 degrees for 15 minutes 


    4. Blend, speed 10 for 30 seconds 


    5. Serve topped with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkling of cayene pepper.

    I agree. Tasty n quick! I made the spinach n Parmesan rolls to serve with it and they were good too. Although next time I might make them spinach n feta...Good for an autumn evening and I had everything in the fridge!

    Delicious!  We had this for dinner tonight and it was a hit!  I loved that it was so healthy and quick - great for the cold and flu season!
