Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip
Cooking time may need adjustments. This was a throw together light meal as I am struggling drinking straight bone broth for leaky gut. Would love some feedback and any adjustment sugestions.

For the lovers of a hearty soup!!! I made this today after making your Chai powder mix. This is a very tasty soup with a lot of heart and a good amount of volume.** I recommend for anyone else who would like a smoother soup to blend the onion and pumpkin on maybe like speed 6 for 10 or 15 seconds, I mixed on sp5 for 10 seconds and I still have a little bit of lumpy soup but I like soup like that so I don't mind**
Extra ingredients I added to the 2nd step where you add the butter and cook for 8 minuets - 1/4 tsp tumeric powder
- 1/4 tsp dried corriander
- sprinkling of black pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic (could be added in step 1 as well )
then continued with recipe as per instructions. I served with fresh parsley.
I loved this, infact it's breakfast and I made it for breakfast super healthy start to the day! <3
