  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 15 Peppercorns
  • 2 bay leaves, dried
  • 1,5 litre water
  • 750 g lean Beef
  • 3 onions, medium sized
  • 35 g olive oil
  • 750 g potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 Chilipepper, red
  • 2 tablespoons Italian spices (dried)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place Salt, Peppercorns, bay leaves and water in the TM bowl - place simmering basket and cut meat in two peaces and add to the basket Closed lid 40 min./100 °/speed 2

    When this process is done let meat cool of on a plate and then cut in cubes 1X1 cm

    Filter the stud and set aside

    Place onions in TM 8 sec./speed 7 - add olive oil and heat 4 min./Varoma/Speed 2

    Add potato cubes, italian spices, chili and stud 20 min./100°/speed 2 Counter-clockwise operation

    Remove the chili or if u like it really spicy leave it in. Afterwards puree for 10 sec./speed 8

    Add meat again 2 min./speed 2/Counter-clockwise operation
