  • 2 Broccoli Heads
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic peeled
  • 25 grams olive oil
  • 20 grams seeded mustard
  • 1000 grams water
  • 1 tsp stock concentrate either veg or chicken
  • natural yoghurt or cream to serve
  • sea salt & pepper to taste

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Chop broccoli into small pieces stems included

    2. Place leek & garlic in TM & chop speed 7 for 3 seconds, scrape down the

    bowl.

    3. Add olive oil & seeded mustard, cook varoma temp for 5 mins Gentle stir setting

    4. Add water, stock concentrate & broccoli & cook varoma temp speed 1 for

    20 mins

    5. Once broccoli is soft blend the soup slowly brining up the speed

    until desired consistancy

    6. Serve with natural yoghurt or a splash or cream & lots of pepper.

    Good flavours but I found the soup too runny. Next time I would reduce the water to 800 mL
