Minestrone Soup
- 1 piece gravy beef, diced and set aside
- 300 g lean steak, for mincing
- 40 g Bacon Pieces
- .600 litre beef stock
- garlic to taste
- 1 can red kidney beans, drained, washed
- 1 onion
- --- parsley, 1/2 cup
- 1/3 tsp black pepper
- --- Celery
- cabbage, 1 1/2 cup
- 2 carrots, 3/4 cup
- 3/4 can Leggo's bolognaise sauce, or your own of course
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- peas, 3/4 cup

Recipe's preparation
1. In TM chop bacon slices, onion and garlic – sp 5, 5 secs – set aside
2. In TM chop parsley, celery, cabbage, carrots – sp 5, 4 secs – set aside
3. In TM mince the beef (unless already minced).
4. Add diced gravy beef, bacon, onion, garlic to the minced beef and cook in TM 7mins on sp2 at 100o (or until meat is brown).
5. Add stock, kidney beans, parsley, celery, cabbage, carrots, bolognaise sauce, rosemary and peas and cook in TM 40mins, Rev Soft, 80 o.

I cooked my peas & kidney beans in Varoma as I had a full bowl with my rough guess work! Tastes so good. Just a little bit of meat goes a long way.
