Recipe's preparation
- Place oil and curry powder into bowl saute 1 min/90 degree/sp 1
- Add pumpkin, leek, salt, pepper and water to just the max line.
- Remove MC and cook for 20 mins/100 degrees/sp 2
- Pour in coconut cream. Place on MC and blend soup gradually increasing speed from speed 4 to speed 9 for 1 min/sp 9
