Add all ingredients (except spinach) to Mixing Bowl
Set for 15 minutes, 110 degrees, reverse speed 1
Pour into 4 bowls and topped with chopped up spinach

Such a quick and easy soup. Tastes delicious. Like others, 10 minutes is not enough to soften the lentils (20 minutes was perfect).

Great recipe for a quick
Great recipe for a quick healthy meal. Next time I might add some cooked shredded chicken to the bowl too! Like one of the other comments, I cooked for an extra 10 mins to make the lentils nice and soft.

Delicious, quick and easy! I did cook mine for an extra ten minutes though because I like my lentils a bit softer (I used dried).
Does a LOT more than 4
Does a LOT more than 4 portions, unless those 4 people like a VERY full bowl, LOL! Very easy and tasty, everything I like in a soup. A little spicy for my kids, but I may have added a tad extra curry paste "for luck". I also don't like my soup lumpy, so I whizzed it up gently til smooth.
