      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Step 1
  1. Pre-heat oven to 200c
  2. Cut your tomatoes in half, cut capsicums and onions in quarters. Lightly oil a baking tray
  3. Spread the tomatoes, capsicum, onion and garlic cloves onto your baking tray and lightly oil. Sprinkle with salt.
  4. Place vegetables in oven for 30 minutes until lightly roasted. Can extend cooking time if needed.
  5. Take veggies out of oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
  6. Place ingredients into bowl and put on lid with measuring cup.
  7. Blend Blend ingredients until smooth or desired consistency.
  8. Scrapte down sides of bowl with spatula. Serve while hot with breadrolls.
