  • 10 g olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable stock

  • 650 g water

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add onion and garlic Chop 3 sec, speed 5

    Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula

    Add butter and oil and saute 3min 120

  2. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula

    Add butter, oil and spices

    Saute 3min, 120 degrees, Speed 1

  3. Add vegetable stock, pumpkin and water

    Cook for 20 min, 100 degrees, Speed 1

  4. Add peanut butter

    Blend for 1 min, starting at speed 5 and working up to speed 9

  5. Serve and eat!

Tip

You can substitute the spices for a tablespoon of tikka paste if you like it spicier
