Recipe's preparation

    Sweet Potato Soup with Honey and Coriander
  1. Step 1 - Chop Onion and Ginger 5 sec sp 7

    Step 2 - add oil saute 3 min 100deg sp 1

    Step 3 - add sweet potato chop 15 sec sp 7

    Step 4 - Scrape down add stock cubes and water cook 20 mins 100deg sp 1

    add honey and coriander blend 1 min sp 9 gradually to consistency you like

    Really yummy, the kids really liked it. Used a smidge more sweet potato (had 2 small ones left in the 1kg bag, so added them, came to about 950g), so a smidge more stock powder. Added slightly more water too, but probably didn't need to. If you like a thick soup, I'd even add less water. Anyway, delicious, we'll definitely make this again. =)
