      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. [size= 12px; background-color: #ffffff]chop onion and pumpkin (leave the skin on) 5secs/sp7[/size]
  2. add water, Curry powder, stock and cook 12mins/varoma/sp1 with the steaming basket on the lid
  3. puree pumpkin 1min/sp9 and set aside in thermoserver
  4. don't rinse bowl, add milk, butter, flour, salt and pepper. Cook 5mins/90°/sp4
  5. add pureed pumpkin and mix 10secs/sp6

I would delete the flour if you wish the soup to be not too thick
