  • 500 grams Pumpkin - cubed
  • 2 carrots rough choped
  • 1-2 heaped tablespoons Vegeteble Stock
  • 1 onion brown
  • 1 green capsicum
  • 400 grams cauliflower
  • 400 grams cabbage
  • 200 grams celery stalk
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 500 gram water

1 can of tomatoes chopped

Recipe's preparation

    Place the water, curry, vegetable stock, Pumpkin, carrots, onion and can of tomatoes in holder. Place on Veroma, speed 1 for 20 min or until pumpkin is coocked through. Then Add the Dill, celery, cabbage and cauliflower and Vermoma for 10-15min speed one. When all is coccked through, blend until desired texture and serve with salt and pepper if desired with some freshed backed bread.
