Recipe's preparation

  1. Chop onion and garlic in thermomix speed 7for 3seconds add olive oil and cook on speed 1,100 degrees 1minute add all other ingredients and cook on speed 1,   25 minutes, 100 degrees . Then serve with a hot crusty bread roll

    ** Please note - Lentils should be pre-cooked! I just made this and have put it on another 40 minutes and the lentils are still not cooked yet the vegetables are mush! I'm sure it would be good if you did that.

    This  is a great, simple recipe. I have made it twice, varying the veggies added or the type of lentil. It turned out great both times. Thanks for posting it.
