If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Place Spring onion and coriander into "Closed lid" chop 3 secs on speed 7
Add Zuchinni. chop 2 sec speed 5.
Add lemon juice, fish sauce, coconut flour, mix 5 sec, on "Counter-clockwise operation" 3
Add 4 eggs and salt to taste. Mix 30 seconds "Counter-clockwise operation" 3
Over medium hot heat, spoon batter into a frypan and spread out to pancake height. Cook until firm on one side and then gently flip over and cook other side until cooked through.

The batter was too runny and I had to add extra flour - if I cook it again I think 2 eggs will be enough, but the flavour was very nice!! thanks for sharing the recipe!
