Spicy Chicken Skewers

Chicken Skewers

  • 500 grams chicken, breast or thigh
  • small bunch Italian flat leaf parlsey
  • 1 tsp oregano, dried
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 lemon zest, peeled
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes, dried
  • 50 grams olive oil

Recipe's preparation

    chicken skewers
  1. Place all ingredients into bowl, except chicken, blend speed 7, 10 seconds

     

  2. Put in chicken, 1 minute speed 3 reverse

     

  3. Take chicken out and thread onto skewers

     

  4.   Cook in fry pan

Tip

Soak skewers in cold water first to stop them from burning
