      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Grate zucchini on speed 5 for 5 seconds, put aside in a colander and sprink with salt, and set aside for 30 minutes.  Squeeze out excess liquid and pat dry.

    Chop the mint and parsley on Speed 7 for 3 seonds. Scrape down the sides, ad fetta, eggs, flour, salt and pepper and reserved zucchini and mix on Speed 4 for 20 seonds.  Use spatula to mix more if not totally combined.

    Heat oil in a frypan and pour batter into the pan to make small fritters, pikelet size.  Cook for two minutes on each side until brown, remove and put on paper towels and repeat with the remaining mixture.

Tip

Serve topped with sour cream, yoghurt or a garlice yoghurt sauce, even sweet chilli sauce.
