      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Thanks for the recipe. Do you know how long they store for? And how best to store them? I want to make in advance. I wonder also, can we freeze the batter then defrost and cook fresh as we need? Thanks.

    Submitted by Lauratinkham on 6. July 2016 - 20:38.

Made these for my little one, and loved the fact there was no sugar in them.

Found they were extremly crumbly and went everywhere every time he ate one. Not sure how to make it hold together more once cooked. He seemed to like the taste of them.

Have made these a dozen times for babies, fussy toddlers and mummies! Everyone loves them! They are like little cakes rather than crunchy biscuits and if not eaten within about 3 days I'd freeze them.

    Submitted by Ellemac on 9. July 2015 - 09:12.

Delicious! A total hit with my 8month old twins, 4yo daughter and 14yo niece! I loved them too. Great sugar free snack and with the soft texture I didn't need worry watching the twins as they melt in your mouth! A little bit like a cake texture which I prefer but hand size bites for little fingers Are the best! Thanks for a great recipe, will save this for sure! The first batch I intended to share with a friend didn't last 10minutes.. havent managed to save any of the second batch either!

  • Thanks for a great recipe.

    Submitted by AnneS on 15. March 2015 - 10:09.

Thanks for a great recipe. I've been looking for an easy finger food snack for my 10 month old, and although she tends to 'crumble' them in her hands a little, she seems to like them. My older two kids (6 & 3) thought they were pretty great too! Will definitely make these again, and think I'll double the recipe and make some bigger sized ones for the big kids. Much healthier than store bought biscuits!
