Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

The first time I made this, I really ruined it! I put the eggs in at the wrong step and forgot to add the flour and my 17 month old hated it.
Today I followed the recipe properly and my little one loves it! I put it in a frittata dish, with baking paper, which made it very easy to lift and separate.
Have frozen a few portions, so will be interesting how it goes with defrosting and reheating.
Does anyone know how long this keeps in the fridge?
