      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 200C. Grease baking tray 25x30 cm or any tray you have at home.

    2. Weigh in butter and melt 2 mins/50C/speed 1.5.

    3. Add bananas and chop 3 sec/speed 7.

    4. Add all other ingredients and mix 5 sec/Counter-clockwise operation/speed 4.

    5. Place mixture into baking tray and smooth.  Bake for 15-20 mins until golden brown.  Remove from tray, allow to cool and cut into 12-15 squares.

Tasty, healthy and very versatile. Smells amazing but first taste was surprising. I thought it would be sweeter, but we do love it. There's way too much sugar in our diet anyway, so this is a great change.

Thx for this recipe, I've made this several times now, a great recipe to use up bananas. Sometimes I substitute the raisins with choc chips 😊
