  • 1 onion, Peeled and quartered
  • 2 bacon rashers, Chopped
  • 2 level tsp olive oil
  • 100 g broccoli florets
  • 20 g Butter
  • 2 level tbsp soy milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 60 g Cheddar cheese, Grated
  • 1 heaped tablespoons pesto, basil, Optional

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

    Preheat oven to 180 deg and grease muffin tin
  1. Place onion and bacon into mixing bowl and chop 5 sec / speed 6
  2. Scrape down side of bowl and chop for a further 5 sec / speed 6
  3. Add olive oil and cook for 3 min / 100 degrees / speed 2
  4. Add broccoli florets and butter and chop 5 sec / speed 7
  5. Scrape down sides of bowl and cook 1 min / 100 deg / speed 2
  6. Add soy milk, eggs, cheddar cheese and pesto if using mix 10 sec / speed 3
  7. Pour mixture into muffin tin holes and top
    with a halved cherry tomato
    Bake for 15 mins or until golden
