Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 180 °C.
Cook Instant Ramen Noodles in Thermoserver with boiling water. - Chop Spring Onions & Bacon Slices 5 seconds, Speed 5
- Add Garlic, Eggs, Chicken Flavouring Mix and combine for 5 seconds, Speed 4
- Drain cooked ramen noodles through Simmering Basket and pour into lined baking tray. Pour Egg mixture over the top.
- Sprinkle with fried shallots. Bake for 25 minutes or until fully cooked through.

Tip
I use a small square baking tray to cook the frittata in. A regular sized one would make the mixture spread out to thinly and not be as fluffy.
You can add any vegetable or protein you wish to enhance the frittatas flavour.
I've added chilli and fresh herbs before and it's been a big hit!
