  • 1 teaspoon chilli or curry powder (optional)

Recipe's preparation

    Cracker Dough
  1. Put all ingredients into Closed lid"Closed lid" . Mix on 5 for 15secs to combine. Knead for 30 seconds.

    IF using a Tupperware snack press set aside in a bowl to allow to warm up a little. Then put though press. (If you find the smallest holes are too hard to put the dough through, swap to the 3 holes then cut each into quarters longways when through)

    If doing manually roll into any shape sticks. 

    You can do them as long,short,thick or thin as you like. 

    Bake in a med oven for 10-15mins till golden.

    These are delicious! I did a combination of tasty and Parmesan cheese and rolled out the dough and cut into sticks.

    These are really great! I brushed the second lot with sweet chilli sauce before cooking and there wasn't a crumb left of either lot! Thank you for the recipe

    Very nice to eat, quick to make, all eaten before they were even completely cooled.  tmrc_emoticons.)

    Next time though i will use a stronger cheese i only had a mild parmisan on hand.
