      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
  1. Place in bowl the egg, pizza sauce and milk. Set to 12 secs/speed 4/MC on.
  2. Add flour, baking powder, bacon and cheeses to the bowl. Set machine to 15 secs/speed 6/MC on.
  3. Bake muffins at 190 degrees Celsius for 23 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
