Bacon and Zucchini Quiche Pies

All ingredients

  • 2 Zucchinis, Roughly chopped
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Self Raising Flour
  • 150 grams Tasty Cheese cubed
  • 4-6 mushrooms
  • 125 grams Diced bacon pieces
  • 4-6 sheets Puff Pasty
  • 10 slices mild salami
  • 5 sprigs parsley, Optional
  • 1/2 brown onion, Halved

Recipe's preparation

    Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 165 degrees celcius (fan forced)

    Lightly grease mini pie pans

  2. Using the thermomix
  3. Add all ingredients (minus pastry) to the bowl. 

    Mix at speed 4 for 30 seconds or until desired consistency

  4. Cooking and creating
  5. Line pans with puff pastry

    Add mixture into pans on pastry

    Top with salami

    Cook for 35-40 minutes or until cooked (check with knife by inserting it into the middle of the quiche and if it comes out clean it should be ready)
