- 190 gram buckwheat grain
- 1/2 tsp himilayon or sea salt
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 25 gram sesame seeds
- 25 grams pumpkin seeds/pepitas
- 25 grams arrowroot flour
- 180 grams water
- 20 grams Evoo
- EVOO, additional
Recipe is created for
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C (fan forced). Mill the buckwheat in the TMX for 60 seconds, speed 9. 2. Add the remaining ingredients except extra oil and mix for 10 seconds, speed 4. Scrape down the bowl and mix for another 5 seconds, speed 3. 3. Lay down backing paper and generously cover in oil. Spread batter out with a spatula so it is even the whole way across. 4. Place in oven and cook for 5 mins. Remove from oven and score or cut crackers and then brush olive oil over. Cook for another 20-25 mins until golden brown. 5. Place on a wire rack to cool.
