Recipe's preparation

    Directions
  1. 1. Place half the cheese into the bowl and grate speed 9 for 10 secs. Set aside and repeat with remaining cheese.

    2.  Put all the other ingredients plus reserved cheese into the bowl. Mix for 10 seconds on speed 6.

    3.  Use the knead function and knead for 10 – 20 seconds until dough comes together and forms a rough ball

    4.  Cut into three pieces and roll each piece into a log shape 3 cm in diameter. Wrap firmly in plastic and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.

    5. Cut slices from log about 1 cm thick and place on to baking paper lined oven trays. Bake 12 – 14 minutes at 190 C until lightly browned. Cool on trays.

    6.  Will keep for a few days in airtight container, but best eaten that day!

This is a great easy recipe, I took them to a work function and they disappear really fast. I made mine the night before and cooked them in the morning. Thanks for sharing

Fantastic.  Great and sooo easy to make, savoury snack to have with something to drink.

I used a mixture of cheesey remnants, Parmesan, chili cheese, regular tasty and some Greek Kefalotiri sheep's cheese.  Delicious, a whole batch disappeared in one hit.

Next time, I'll cut mine a bit thicker.

    thank you for recipe.

  • These are great! The kids

These are great! The kids were huge fans, but I sent a batch to work with my husband and everyone loved them. I like that you don't have to make the whole batch at the same time, you can just keep a roll in the fridge till you need it.
