Cheesy Broccoli Bites

Ingredients

30 piece(s)

  • 500 grams frozen broccoli florets (defrosted) or you can use fresh broccoli florets
  • 150 grams bread crumbs
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 grams grated cheese
  • 1 level tablespoon SeasonAll

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°

  2. Place broccoli into thermomix on speed 8 for 6 seconds. Scrape down sides and repeat. 

  3. Add all remaining ingredients and mix on speed 6 for 10 seconds or until all ingredients are mixed. 

  4. Scoop teaspoon sized amounts into your hand and roll them into small balls. 

  5. Place them on a lined baking tray and push down with a fork to flatten. 

  6. Place in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

  7. Serve with tomato sauce.

    Easy and tasty! I substituted with gluten free bread ripped up and thrown in instead of the bread crumbs, worked just as well. The kids and myself now enjoy them on a regular basis for lunch tmrc_emoticons.)
